Dietitian Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Registered Dietitian to join our team at AdventHealth Apopka. This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of $83,500 - $115,000 per year.

The Registered Dietitian will utilize the nutrition care process to screen, assess, diagnose, offer nutrition intervention, and monitor the nutrition status and progress of patients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Standards of Practice in Nutrition Care and Standards of Professional Performance for registered dietitians.

1. Conduct comprehensive nutrition assessments, develop personalized plans, and provide education to patients and their families.
2. Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure effective nutrition care delivery and optimize patient outcomes.
3. Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of evidence-based practice guidelines.

To be considered for this role, applicants must possess:

• A Bachelor's degree in nutrition or a related field.
• Current active registered dietitian status with the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR).
• Current active RD licensed status in the state of employment.
