Job Overview

Progressive Auto Group is seeking a skilled Collision Estimator to join our team at our Massillon, Ohio location. As a key member of our collision repair team, you will play a critical role in assisting customers who have been involved in an accident and need guidance through the body shop repair process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers who have been involved in an accident
  • Assist customers in navigating the body shop repair process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience
  • Communicate effectively with insurance partners, customers, and technical personnel to ensure accurate and timely repairs

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; technical trade school or auto estimating experience preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in auto estimating or a related field; knowledge of automotive repair processes and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
