Nurse Anesthetist Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our thriving team in the Bronx, New York City. As a CRNA at Montefiore, you will have the opportunity to provide exceptional patient care and work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals.
Job Summary:As a CRNA, you will be responsible for providing General and Regional Anesthesia services to patients under the supervision of an attending anesthesiologist. You will also provide Preoperative Anesthesia Services in the Preanesthesia Assessment Center in collaboration with attending anesthesiologists. Your duties will include preparing all necessary equipment and medications for perioperative anesthetic management.
Requirements:- Master's degree from an accredited Program on Nurse Anesthesia, as recognized by the Council on Accreditation of Nurse Anesthesia Educational Programs (COA).
- Certification by the National Board of Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (NBCRNA)- Certification required biannually.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) Certifications - certification biannually.
