Key Qualifications:

Core Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit candidates for various local businesses.
- Conduct interviews, manage data entry, and oversee the completion of hiring documentation, including drug screenings, coaching, and support.
- Employ innovative recruitment strategies and engage in job fairs and community outreach.
- Address open positions promptly and maintain clear communication regarding progress, updates, or challenges with team members.

Essential Requirements:
- Proficient in fundamental computer skills, including typing/data entry, MS Office, internet navigation, and email communication.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills that reflect professionalism and expertise.
- Proven history of self-motivation in prior roles.
- High School diploma or GED is mandatory.
- A valid driver's license with an insurable driving record is required.

Compensation:
- Starting at $18/hr plus DOE

- Smart casual dress code (jeans).
- Direct Deposit and Weekly Pay.

Work Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm.
