Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Registration Specialist to join our team at Cullman Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our clinical office, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of patient data entry, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

* Answer multi-line phone calls promptly and professionally, meeting and exceeding call volume standards
* Enter patient data accurately and manage database, generating reports as required
* Schedule appointments and contact patients as needed
* Perform general office duties, including scanning, faxing, and making copies
* Maintain organized filing systems and ensure confidentiality of company and client matters

Requirements:

* High School diploma or GED required
* Minimum one year experience in clinical office environment
* Proficiency in MS Office software, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
* Excellent communication and organizational skills
