Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare Tax Returns: Prepare accurate and complete tax returns for individuals and businesses, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
  • Review and Analyze Financial Records: Review financial records and other documents to determine taxable income for individuals or businesses, and identify potential tax savings opportunities.
  • Research Tax Laws and Regulations: Stay up-to-date on changes in tax laws and regulations, and apply this knowledge to provide tax planning and advisory services to clients.
  • Communicate with Clients: Communicate effectively with clients to understand their tax needs and provide personalized tax advice and guidance.
  • Collaborate with Team Members: Work collaboratively with other members of the accounting team to ensure that all work meets professional standards and is completed efficiently.
Requirements
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) License: Possess a valid CPA license or be eligible to obtain one.
  • Experience: Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in tax preparation and planning.
  • Strong Interpersonal Skills: Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $95,000, depending on experience. Our company is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive work environment, and we welcome applications from qualified candidates who share our values.
