Responsibilities:

  • Ensure a clean and safe environment for residents, maintaining proper care and adhering to established safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement nursing care plans, collaborating with physicians, therapists, and nursing assistants to provide comprehensive care.
  • Make informed nursing diagnoses, serving as the basis for care strategies.
  • Collaborate with residents, healthcare team members, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Record medication administration and monitor staff to ensure adherence to safety protocols and regulations.
  • Follow established procedures for nursing equipment and supplies, ensuring efficient and safe use.
  • Perform other duties as directed by management.

Qualifications:

  • Active RN license
  • Prior experience as an RN in a nursing community
  • Desire to care for residents with integrity and compassion
  • Ability to work flexible hours
  • SNF/LTC experience preferred
