Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at Dimarco Staffing LLC. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our properties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs to ensure the physical asset of the property is well-maintained.
  • Service Requests: Effectively handle resident service requests and work orders, correcting the situation within 24 hours when possible.
  • Make-Ready Process: Complete make-ready repairs and services correctly and on schedule.
  • Emergency Maintenance: Provide 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records regarding preventative maintenance, service requests, apartment make-ready status, work-in-progress, etc.
  • Inventory Management: Be knowledgeable of inventory levels of spare parts and supplies, and inform supervisor when shortages occur.
  • Grounds Maintenance: Police grounds, which may include picking up trash, lawn maintenance, landscaping, snow removal, maintenance of playgrounds, and other areas as necessary.
Requirements
  • Experience: General experience in electrical, plumbing, drywall, and boiler maintenance (boiler experience preferred).
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Possess a valid driver's license and be able to pass a drug test and background screening favorably.
  • Tools and Equipment: Have basic tools needed for day-to-day operations.
Compensation

$18-$20 per hour.
