Responsibilities will include event planning and management, public relations, and digital marketing. You will have the opportunity to contribute to every aspect of our marketing strategy, from planning and executing engaging events to managing our digital presence.

Key qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, proven experience in event planning and management, and strong organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Event Planning and Management:
    • Support coordination and labor of a variety of events, including conferences, webinars, and workshops
    • Support management of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee management
    • Support development of compelling event materials, such as invitations, agendas, and presentations
    • Support help desk for events, calendar management, and FAQs
  • Public Relations:
    • Assist with media outreach and relationship building
    • Develop and distribute press releases and media pitches as needed
    • Monitor media coverage and track media mentions
    • Support development of coordinating social media plan
    • SEO and link building—including pitching for link building opportunities
  • Digital Marketing:
    • Support digital marketing campaigns across various channels (social media, email, website)
    • Assist with content creation and distribution
    • Support inquiries on digital assets from the field teams
    • Support EVEXIAS platforms built on WordPress
