Job Description- Provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, promoting independence and overall well-being.
- Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and maintain accurate documentation.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as directed.
- Patient assessments, coordination of care, health promotion, teaching, and training of family members.
We require at least six months of hands-on nursing experience, with a focus on providing one-to-one patient care in a home environment. You must be willing to work with infants, children, and adolescents and possess strong communication skills.
