Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver an outstanding shopping experience that encourages customer loyalty through your extensive product knowledge and customer service skills.
  • Step up to provide leadership support and manage store operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
  • Understand and contribute to the store's sales objectives, driving performance by enhancing key metrics such as Units Per Transaction (UPT) and Average Dollar Transaction (ADT).
  • Maintain visual standards across your designated sales floor area and assist with store opening and closing procedures.
  • Process sales transactions efficiently and utilize your expertise to promote additional sales.
  • Assist with merchandising tasks, including planogram adjustments and inventory management.
  • Communicate trends in fashion and music to management and collaborate to prevent theft.
  • Support the organization of the stockroom and maintain a clean store environment.
  • Train and mentor new Sales Associates to ensure their successful integration into the team.
  • Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Store Leader.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a retail setting is preferred.
  • Exceptional customer service and sales abilities.
  • A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on leadership.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, reach for merchandise, and lift boxes weighing up to 50 pounds.

Availability:
Must be flexible with scheduling to meet the needs of the store.
