Job Description:

A Surety Account Associate assists Account Managers in meeting clients' surety bonding needs. The employee must be detail-focused and will be the day-to-day point person on assigned accounts. This position requires understanding clients' surety requests, interacting with carriers, and responding quickly to requests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data entry experience and excellent interpersonal skills are essential. Proficiency in computer programs such as MS Word, Excel, and Adobe is required.

• With direction from the Account Manager, the Account Associate reviews clients' daily bonding needs, including bond requests receipt and execution.

• Maintain ongoing communication with Account Managers and Executives to ensure high-level customer deliverables.

• Manage administrative service delivery functions including bond issuance, modifications, renewals, cancellations, invoicing, collections, file management, database management, and other related activities.

Requirements:

• Must be proficient in MS Office suite.

• Proficient in Adobe.

• Task-oriented and detail-oriented.

• Team player with demonstrated communication and organizational skills.

• Professional level of oral and written communication skills.

Education & Licensing:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

• Notary License a plus.

• Home State P&C Insurance License required.

Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year.
