Chief Financial Officer

Location: Pataskala, OH

We are currently in search of a qualified candidate for the CFO role at a prominent manufacturing firm with a revenue of approximately $100 million, backed by private equity. This is a full-time, on-site opportunity with a competitive salary starting at $250,000.

As the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), you will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial landscape of a rapidly growing lighting enterprise. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing all financial operations, delivering strategic direction, and safeguarding the financial integrity of the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in financial oversight and a proven history of steering financial strategies and operations. This position is tailored for a proactive, dynamic leader who excels in making impactful decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Consolidate financial statements for monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting
• Conduct monthly financial analysis and prepare reports for the Board of Directors
• Manage daily treasury operations, cash flow, and budgeting processes
• Support reconciliations, journal entries, and provide additional oversight within the accounting department
• Ensure the effectiveness of internal controls and financial systems
• Foster and maintain relationships with investors and financial institutions
• Lead a team of approximately 14 finance professionals

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline is required
• A minimum of 5 years of senior finance experience, with substantial expertise in financial management and strategic planning
• Previous experience in the manufacturing or distribution sector is preferred
• Experience managing multiple entities; international company experience is advantageous
• Thorough understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and reporting obligations
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities with the ability to motivate and guide teams towards achieving objectives
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and sound decision-making abilities
• Excellent problem-solving skills and meticulous attention to detail, committed to accuracy and integrity
