Key Responsibilities:
- Provide mentorship to healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality patient care.
- Facilitate patient access, communication, and transitions throughout their acute care journey.
- Demonstrate visible leadership and support for direct patient care delivered by specialty nursing staff during assigned shifts.
- Ensure that compassionate and competent patient care is consistently provided to all stakeholders, including patients, hospital staff, and referring facilities.
- Assist in the development, implementation, and evaluation of policies, programs, and services aligned with the hospital's mission and departmental vision.
- Offer guidance and support to unit-based staff while collaborating with other department leaders to achieve both short- and long-term objectives.
Compensation:
Salary range: $80,151 - $132,249
