Austin-based Emerging Companies and Venture Capital Firm seeks an experienced ECVC Attorney to join its team. This is an unposted and confidential opportunity.
- Practice Area: Emerging Companies and Venture Capital
- Compensation Package:
- $250,000-$300,000/year (DOE), plus quarterly achievement-based bonuses ($20-$75K) based on 1800 hours threshold, plus annual productivity bonuses ($20-$75K)
- Experience: JDs 2015-2019 with core ECVC experience from a larger firm in the space preferred
- Relocation Assistance: The Firm will assist relocation candidates who desire to live in Austin
The ideal candidate has strong knowledge of emerging companies and venture capital laws, practices, and regulations. They should be able to provide expert guidance and support to clients navigating complex business transactions.
