Child and Family Service is seeking a dedicated and experienced Program Supervisor II to lead our efforts in delivering high-quality services to at-risk families.

About the Position
  • This role will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the delivery of services, ensuring contract requirements are met, and maintaining fidelity to our Intensive Home-Based Services model.
  • The successful candidate will have a strong background in social work, psychology, or counseling, with a minimum of 4 years of experience as a HOMEBUILDERS therapist and 2 years of supervisory experience.
  • We offer a competitive salary range of $95,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
