Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled RN Supervisor to join our team at Villa Fairmont. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to nursing staff, ensuring that clients receive high-quality care, and contributing to the development of individualized care plans. This is an excellent opportunity for a registered nurse who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care and making a meaningful difference in the lives of others.

Key Responsibilities
The RN Supervisor will be responsible for:
  • Providing leadership and direction to nursing staff
  • Developing and implementing individualized care plans
  • Ensuring that clients receive high-quality care
  • Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes

Requirements
To be considered for this role, applicants must possess a current licensure in the state of operation and graduation from an accredited Registered Nurse (RN) program. A strong background in nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are also essential.

What We Offer
In addition to a competitive salary range of $52.36 - $69.19 per hour, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including paid time off, nine paid holidays, medical, vision, and dental insurance, a 401K plan, and employee stock ownership plan. $62.75 average estimated salary.
