Job Summary
This role will focus on developing strategies and relationships to drive decarbonization work in the Aviation market across the country. You will lead client growth by identifying and pursuing expansion opportunities for new and existing clients, manage client relationships, and increase gross revenue and operating income as delineated by yearly goals.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute business plans to drive market growth in the Aviation sector.
- Lead client growth initiatives, including identifying expansion opportunities and developing strategies to pursue them.
- Manage client relationships, including conflict resolution and compliance on client deliverables.
- Increase gross revenue and operating income as outlined in yearly goals.
- Develop high-value solutions that solve client needs with the help of development staff.
- Position McKinstry's brand within the aviation vertical market.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, construction, management, business administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in a consultative selling role, with experience in financial/performance contracting.
- Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Project.
