Position Overview: Culinary Supervisor for Childcare

We are seeking a dedicated **Culinary Supervisor** to oversee meal preparation within our childcare facility.

  • **Meal Preparation**: Responsible for the preparation and serving of breakfast, snacks, and lunch for children aged 1 to 12.
  • **Nutritional Standards**: Ensure compliance with CACFP guidelines regarding food preparation and serving practices.
  • **Inventory Management**: Maintain communication with the Director regarding food inventory levels and grocery requirements.
  • **Facility Maintenance**: Assist with general cleaning duties and light maintenance tasks to uphold a hygienic environment.
  • **Work Schedule**: Standard working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, Monday through Friday.

While **ServSafe certification** is preferred, it is not a requirement as training will be provided by the organization. If you have a passion for preparing nutritious meals for children and ensuring a clean and safe environment, this role is well-suited for you.
