About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist to join our team in South River, New Jersey. As a Home Health Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, patient-centered care to individuals in their own homes.
Your primary duties will include:
- Conducting home visits to assess clients' physical needs and develop personalized care plans
- Implementing evidence-based interventions to improve clients' mobility, strength, and function

To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A current NJ Physical Therapist license

- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills
