Golf Coach

At PGA TOUR Superstore, we're on a mission to inspire people to play their best and grow the game. As a Golf Instructor, you'll be the store expert, responsible for driving the in-store experience by growing participation in existing clinics, lesson programs, and events. You'll innovate continuously to develop new programs tailored to the golf enthusiast.

We offer a private, technology-rich environment where you can operate, with private golf simulators driven by industry-leading launch monitor technology and high-speed video capture from multiple camera angles. Emerging technologies like ground force pressure mapping and 3D motion analysis are also available at select retail store locations, helping you tailor game improvement plans that inspire people to play their best.

• Minimum 2 years' experience providing golf lessons and developing lesson programs for individuals and groups
• Experience coaching different levels of golfers
• PGA, LPGA, or USGTF Professional Certification highly preferred
• Ability to use launch monitor technology, video swing capture technology, or other related coaching technologies during a lesson session
• Golf equipment sales and club fitting knowledge
• Social and interpersonal skills required to interact with PGA TOUR Superstore Guests
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, including climbing a ladder and lifting up to 30 lbs. overhead
• Availability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
