Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of each resident's needs and preferences.
  • Provide personalized care and support to residents, including assistance with activities of daily living, meal service, and social engagement.
  • Collaborate with branch clinical leadership to ensure residents receive high-quality care and services.
  • Participate in training and education programs to enhance skills and knowledge in caring for residents with dementia.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; one-year related experience preferred.
  • Ability to successfully complete the Certified Nurse Aide course within six months of hire.
  • Willingness to take additional training or education as required by specific states.
  • CPR and First Aid certifications required or willingness to obtain certification.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
