Job Summary

We are looking for a talented Registered Nurse who possesses excellent clinical skills, strong communication abilities, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in an Emergency Department setting and be licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Virginia or a compact state. Additionally, they must obtain BLS within 90 days and ACLS within 120 days.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, prioritizing the needs of each patient based on their acuity and medical condition
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement effective treatment plans
  • Conduct thorough assessments of patients, identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other members of the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited nursing program
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Emergency Department setting
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse in the State of Virginia or a compact state
  • Ability to obtain BLS within 90 days and ACLS within 120 days
Salary and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, employees receive a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, paid time off, and continuing education opportunities.
