Available Positions: We are seeking individuals for various roles including Canvasser, Canvass Manager, Project Manager, Data Manager, Voter Registrar, Phone Banker/Texter, Campaign Team Lead, and more.

Job Type: Positions available for Canvassers and Managers.

Work Schedule: Flexible hours required, including evenings and weekends.

Role Summary: As a key contributor, you will engage with community members to provide essential information regarding elections, candidates, and significant ballot measures. Your efforts will empower voters and encourage participation in the electoral process, making a meaningful impact in the community.

Ideal Candidate Profile: We welcome applicants from diverse backgrounds. The ideal candidate will be:

  • Professional, organized, and capable of working independently.
  • Previous experience in similar roles is advantageous.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Ability to read and write proficiently.
  • Access to reliable transportation.
  • Completion of a High School Diploma or GED.
  • Availability to work as scheduled.
  • Physical capability to walk and/or stand for extended periods.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in political or electoral engagement.
  • Understanding of field strategy and metrics.
  • Familiarity with canvassing software and platforms.

Compensation: Hourly wage ranges from $21 to $27, based on role and project specifics.
