The ideal candidate will have 15+ years of experience in cash flow management, cost reduction, and maximizing profitability, with a proven track record in managing an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP). The salary for this position is estimated to be around $220,000 per year.

About the JobThe Financial Director and Controller will oversee all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company, including corporate and contractual risk management. This role requires a thorough understanding of business function and administration, as well as experience in funding, managing, and executing mergers and acquisitions. The Financial Director and Controller will work closely with the senior management team, Board of Directors, and other senior leaders to assess the company's financial performance and develop systems, processes, and controls to support the business's financial growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Financial Management: Oversee all financial and fiscal management aspects of the company, including corporate and contractual risk management.
  • Financial Planning and Analysis: Develop and implement financial plans and strategies to achieve business objectives, including budgeting and forecasting, financial reporting, and analysis.
  • Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Management: Manage the ESOP, including planning, forecasting, and implementing strategies to maximize employee stock ownership.
  • Investment Management: Invest financial resources per the corporate investment policy, perform cost-benefit analyses, and interpret budget directives and establish policies.

Education/Certification:A Bachelor's Degree in finance, accounting, or related field is required. A Master's degree in business administration, finance, or related field is highly desirable. Certified Public Accounting (CPA) designation or equivalent accounting qualification is also highly desirable.
