Work Schedule:
  • Part-Time: Monday to Saturday – 3:20 PM to 6:45 PM

Compensation:
Enjoy a competitive pay structure with a base hourly rate of $22.94, complemented by an additional $3.03 in incentive pay and $5.03 in health and wellness compensation, applicable for up to 40 hours weekly. This health and wellness benefit assists in covering monthly health insurance premiums, ensuring financial support regardless of insurance selection.

Experience Requirements:
To qualify for this role, candidates must possess:
  • A minimum of 12 months of verifiable box truck driving experience within the last five years.
  • A valid driver's license.
  • The ability to pass a company-administered driving assessment.
  • Eligibility to undergo a federal background check.
  • No felony convictions or DUIs/DWIs within the past five years.

Physical Demands:
Applicants should be capable of:
  • Frequent lifting and maneuvering of wheeled carts.
  • Passing a DOT physical and a pre-employment drug screening (cost covered by the company).
  • Handling cargo that may exceed 100 pounds, including lifting from 60 to 100 pounds and exerting a minimum of 70 pounds of pull pressure on equipment.
  • Safely operating a cart weighing up to 1600 pounds.

Job Responsibilities:
As a Box Truck Operator, you will be responsible for:
  • Timely arrival at the workplace.
  • Conducting thorough inspections of the vehicle before, during, and after routes (pre-trip/post-trip inspections).
  • Reporting any vehicle issues to the local operations manager.
  • Completing daily tasks in accordance with company policies and federal/state vehicle operation regulations.
  • Communicating any delays due to weather, traffic, or breakdowns that may affect timely deliveries.
