Key Responsibilities- Product Development Lifecycle Management: Manage the verification and traceability of product requirements and specifications for new hardware and software products.
- Reliability Engineering: Aid in product validation planning and execution, and analyze / calculate / report on reliability and durability verification activities.
- Technical Leadership: Serve as a leader of technical excellence, participate in continuous improvement within the Systems Engineering function, and help identify tasks/resources to ensure critical project milestones are met.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering, with a postgraduate degree preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years related work experience required, with a combination of work experience and advanced degrees.
- Skills: Intimate knowledge of the product development lifecycle, extensive experience implementing Systems Engineering best practices, proficient knowledge of Reliability & Verification Engineering, and excellent communication skills.
- Tools and Technologies: Familiarity with systems integration and testing, Project Management, and Failure Modes Effects Analysis, as well as experience with Quanterion's 217PlusTM:2015, Notice 1 Reliability Prediction Calculator or Sherlock (Ansys).
