VW Lube Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled VW Lube Specialist to join our team at Patterson VW Tyler. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for performing lube-related services for customers in a professional and efficient manner.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to read and comprehend instructions, and a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform lube oil filter services in a professional manner
• Conduct vehicle inspections as required
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• No prior experience necessary, but willingness to learn and take on new challenges
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for prolonged periods

Working Conditions:

The Lube and Maintenance Professional will be required to work in a fast-paced service environment, with frequent exposure to dust, noise, and other hazards. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in this environment and maintain a high level of productivity and quality.
