Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and organize daily tasks to ensure efficient kitchen operations.
  • Prepare and portion ingredients, including cutting, trimming, and marinating meats and poultry.

  • Transport food items safely between workstations, cooking areas, and storage facilities.
  • Store food items properly, adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas, equipment, and utensils.
  • Monitor inventory levels and communicate with supervisors regarding low stock.
  • Uphold sanitation standards in compliance with health regulations.

Qualifications
  • Education/Experience: Basic literacy and numeracy skills with a preference for candidates possessing at least one year of food preparation experience.
  • Certification: Required food handling permits as mandated by local regulations.
