Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Bridge Engineer to join our team at Success Staffing Agency - Engineering in Jacksonville, FL. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for the analysis, design, and detailing of highway and pedestrian bridges, as well as other transportation structures.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop bridge and highway structures, ensuring compliance with relevant codes and regulations.

• Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technicians in the preparation of designs and project documents.

• Manage projects from conception to completion, including business development, proposal preparation, and presentation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, with a Master's degree preferred.

• Professional Engineer (PE) licensure is required.

• Minimum 10 years of experience in bridge design, with a strong background in bridge inspection and rehabilitation.

• Familiarity with FDOT structural design software and AASHTO codes.
