A.T. Still University's Arizona School of Dentistry & Oral Health (ATSU-ASDOH) is seeking a full-time exempt Assistant/Associate Professor of Prosthodontics and Advanced Restorative Dentistry on the Mesa, Arizona campus.

About the Position

We are looking for a highly qualified and experienced dental professional to join our faculty as an Assistant/Associate Professor of Prosthodontics and Advanced Restorative Dentistry. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching, research, and service, with a focus on prosthodontics and advanced restorative dentistry.

Responsibilities
  • Teach preclinical and clinical supervision in the Simulation Lab and ASDOH clinics
  • Conduct research and scholarly activity in the area of prosthodontics and advanced restorative dentistry
  • Participate in committees, faculty governance, and professional societies
  • Provide direct patient care in ASDOH Clinics
  • Document student performance and progress towards competency
  • Enforce clinic policy and assure safety
Requirements
  • DDS/DMD degree required
  • 3-5 years experience in patient care providing prosthodontic and advanced restorative dentistry
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Self-directed and takes initiative
  • Highly skilled in all phases of clinical general dentistry
