Job DescriptionWe are seeking motivated and passionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our team at Bear Mountain Healthcare. As an LPN, you will be responsible for providing professional nursing care to our residents in a skilled LTC setting. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
Requirements and QualificationsTo be considered for this role, you must have a current MA Licensed Practical Nurse License (LPN) and at least 1 year of prior experience working as an LPN in a skilled LTC setting. Strong orientation plan and designated mentors in place to help those with limited experience feel confident in our setting.
