Job Description

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients' communication and swallowing disorders, developing personalized treatment plans to address their needs.
  • Collaborate with medical professionals to ensure comprehensive care and optimal patient outcomes.
  • Deliver evidence-based interventions, using standardized protocols and clinical guidelines.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of patient treatment and progress.
  • Participate in peer review and quality assurance activities to enhance clinical practice and patient care.

Requirements:
* Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
* Current licensure as a Speech Pathologist in California
* Certification in CPR/First Aid and Basic Life Support (BLS)
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
