Job Overview

Deposita, An Allied Universal Company, is seeking a highly skilled Order Entry Analyst to join our team. This role is responsible for providing support to various functions within Deposita, including onboarding new customers, processing vendor invoices, and creating customer invoices.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of billing and receivables processes, as well as experience with vendor management and payable processing. They will also possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to manage a high volume of diverse activities while meeting deadlines and quality standards.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing the pipeline of service requests, delegating, reviewing, and routing or completing requests
  • Evaluating out-of-scope charges and determining whether Deposita charges the customer or not pays the supplier
  • Coaching and mentoring Order Entry Specialist team members, editing work product as needed to ensure accuracy and highest quality of work
  • Evaluating requests for change, activation, and update to customer information, liaising with OTC internal staff
  • Creating, sorting, and distributing periodic reports in a timely manner
  • Creating customized invoices, reports, and schedules as assigned
  • Serving as a liaison with service requestors on status issues

Qualifications include:

  • Associate's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, or a related field
  • Minimum of one year of experience in a centralized customer service or billing environment
  • Work history demonstrating knowledge of billing and receivables process, vendor management, and payable processing
  • Advanced experience utilizing Excel, Google Sheets, or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to manage a high volume of diverse activities while meeting deadlines and quality standards

Preferred qualifications include:

  • Working knowledge of Finance-related processes in ERP environment, PeopleSoft
  • Previous experience in an Order to Cash financial process environment
  • Previous experience in a Procure to Pay financial process environment
  • Intermediate skill level in Microsoft Office, Excel in particular
  • Experience working with internal and external clients
