Job Overview

Position: Manufacturing Operator

Location: Bothell, WA

Duration: 9 Months (Potential for permanent placement based on performance and business requirements)

Job Type: Contract

Work Type: Onsite

Shift: Monday to Friday, 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM

Sign-on Bonus:

  • $500 after the first 30 days of employment.
  • $500 after completing 90 days of employment.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform tasks in a manufacturing setting, utilizing Personal Protective Equipment as necessary.
  • Engage in regular sitting, handling, and occasional walking and standing.
  • Must possess specific vision capabilities, including close vision and color vision.
  • Demonstrate eye-hand coordination and maintain positive interactions with colleagues and management.
  • Support various operational functions as required, including assembly and other assigned tasks.
Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 1 year of relevant experience as an Electro-Mechanical assembler.
  • Proficient in using standard hand tools such as torque drivers, soldering irons, screwdrivers, crimp tools, and wire cutters.
  • Ability to grasp, hold, and manipulate small components consistently for extended periods.
  • Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Capability to lift up to 15 lbs. frequently, up to 40 lbs. regularly, and up to 60 lbs. occasionally (not all roles require this ability).
  • Familiarity with operating computers and common software applications is advantageous.
  • Assemble, align, and test intricate electro-mechanical, optoelectrical, mechanical, and electronic subassemblies according to provided diagrams and specifications.
  • Ability to interpret production or engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and safety protocols.
  • Skilled in determining operational sequences from sketches, samples, and written/oral instructions.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to specifications and accurately document results.
