Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Nursing Supervisor to lead our Nursing Services team on evening, night, and weekend shifts. The ideal candidate will have a BSN degree, RN/NJ License, and ACLS and BLS certificates. With 2-3 years of management supervisory experience in a hospital setting, you will oversee nursing services, ensure compliance with regulations, and demonstrate leadership effectiveness.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise Nursing Services on all off-shifts, including evening, nights, and weekends.
  • Oversee the organization towards achieving current and future goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, JCAHO standards, and laws governing healthcare operations.
  • Provide leadership and direction in accordance with organizational and departmental goals and objectives.
