Position Overview

We are in search of a Lead MuleSoft Integration Specialist for a contract opportunity in Denver, CO. This position is intended for Colorado residents and allows for remote work, with occasional in-office meetings, making it a hybrid role.

In this capacity, you will be responsible for the design, development, unit testing, integration testing, functional and user acceptance testing, production implementation support, and ongoing integration support for MuleSoft projects. Key responsibilities include:
  • Creating a Technical Design Document that captures both functional and non-functional aspects of MuleSoft integrations using established design templates; defining RAML for all interfaces.
  • Leading the design and architecture of integration solutions that align with organizational policies and standards while considering the unique constraints of the client environment.
  • Developing and unit testing MuleSoft applications that are stored in the department's code repository and deployed through a continuous integration toolchain into development and testing environments, utilizing the mUnit framework for validation.
  • Establishing the mUnit framework and associated quality assurance processes to validate MuleSoft assets developed throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Ensuring compliance with security, audit, and error handling requirements.
  • Actively participating in Agile sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily scrums, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Addressing tasks and defects within the project backlog.
  • Conducting design walkthroughs, code reviews, and providing technical coaching as necessary.
  • Documenting and publishing artifacts in the Anypoint Exchange instance.
  • Creating and updating the operational Run Book.
  • Developing and updating the production cutover plan and executing related activities.
  • Designing and developing Anypoint Exchange policies and configurations.
Qualifications
  • MuleSoft Certification is required.
  • Extensive experience as a Senior MuleSoft Developer/Architect.
  • Proven experience in API integration.
Additional Information

This contract role is based in Denver, CO, and offers flexibility for remote work for Colorado residents. The position may require occasional in-office attendance for meetings, thus allowing for a hybrid work environment. Compensation for this role will be competitive and commensurate with experience.
