Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspect job sites prior to and following installation to ensure everything is ready and proper
  • Determine the best method of installation or repair, conduct measurements, and instruct installers
  • Ensure jobs are completed to customer satisfaction and respond to any complaints or questions
  • Pick up and deliver materials as necessary
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • At least one year of experience in flooring installation
  • Commitment to safety in all work practices
  • Ability to work independently and problem-solve
  • Effective oral and written communication skills
  • Valid driver's license and insurance
  • Reliable vehicle for travel to job sites

Compensation:

$40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
