Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team at (336004) Medical Services of America Home Health - Coastal. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing skilled therapy services to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized plans of care to meet the unique needs of each patient.
  • Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to identify patient needs and goals.
  • Provide skilled occupational therapy services, including therapeutic activities and exercises, to help patients regain function and independence.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of one year of occupational therapy experience.
  • Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist in the state of SC.
  • Home Health experience preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and company required auto liability insurance.
