We are seeking a skilled General Surgeon to join our established and growing medical group in Arkansas. This is an excellent opportunity to practice medicine in a stable and supportive environment.
About the RoleThe recruited surgeon will be part of a well-established team, providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the continued growth and success of our practice.
Key Responsibilities- Providing surgical services to patients with a range of conditions, from routine procedures to complex cases.
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
- Participating in continuing education and staying up-to-date with the latest medical advancements.
To be considered for this position, applicants should possess:
- A medical degree (MD) or equivalent.
- Licenses to practice medicine in the state of Arkansas.
- Board certification in general surgery.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The salary for this position is estimated to be around $400,000 per year, based on industry standards and the cost of living in the area. Additional benefits include:

- CME allowance and paid time off.
Our office is located in Arkansas, approximately 30 miles outside of Little Rock. The area offers a great balance of work-life quality, with plenty of opportunities for outdoor activities, cultural events, and personal development. You'll enjoy easy access to Branson and Memphis within a couple of hours and Dallas in about five hours. Additionally, there are three nearby colleges that offer a rich academic environment.
