Doughnut Artisan

We are seeking an experienced Doughnut Maker to join our team at Krispy Kreme. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for creating delicious doughnuts that meet our high quality standards.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience working in a food manufacturing environment, with a strong background in food production and processing. You should be able to troubleshoot minor equipment failures and be a good problem-solver. Experience in Food Safety is also highly desirable.

You will work closely with our team to ensure that all products are made to the highest standard, and that our equipment is well-maintained and running efficiently. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, as well as excellent communication and organizational skills.

• Prepare dough, glaze, icing and fillings according to company recipes and standards
• Operate and maintain doughnut-making equipment, including the proofer, fryer, and packaging lines
• Monitor and control product quality, ensuring that all doughnuts meet our high standards
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

This is a physically demanding role, requiring frequent lifting and movement around the factory floor. You must be able to lift up to 75 pounds frequently and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

We offer a competitive salary of $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for career development.
