Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Warehouse/Forklift Operator to join our team at Fresh Mark, Inc. in Massillon, Ohio.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Efficiently receive, store, and ship products in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
  • Operate a stand-up forklift, clamp truck, or other power industrial equipment to move products and materials.
  • Ensure accurate inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to meet production and shipping deadlines.
  • Participate in physical inventories and maintain accurate records.

Requirements:

  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs. regularly and work in a cold, freezer environment.
  • Excellent physical stamina and ability to work on feet for extended periods.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.

Benefits:

  • Competitive hourly rate of $17.50 (includes shift differential).
  • Opportunity to earn top rate at 6 months.
