Key Responsibilities- Sales and Customer Service: Provide a warm and welcoming experience for customers, answering questions and making product recommendations to drive sales.
- Merchandise Management: Stock shelves and tables with merchandise, maintaining a neat and orderly appearance.
- Cash Handling and Operations: Process transactions, manage cash register, and perform daily tasks with minimal supervision.
- Client Relationship Building: Build and maintain a client list, contacting customers regularly to promote new products and services.
- Visual Merchandising: Set up promotional displays, create signs, and arrange merchandise to promote sales.
- Experience: At least 2 years' experience in a lead selling role, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
- Education: College degree preferred in business, marketing, fashion, or merchandising.
- Skills: Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices, previous cash handling experience, and technical savvy with MS Office and POS systems.
