Job Description

The Door Service Technician will be responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing interior and exterior doors for residential and commercial customers. This role requires a strong understanding of door installation and repair procedures, as well as excellent customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install, service, and repair interior and exterior doors.
  • Conduct site assessments to determine the root cause of issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and resolve any issues that may arise.
  • Schedule and facilitate training sessions for dealers and customers on door installation and maintenance best practices.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 2+ years of experience in door installation, repair, or maintenance preferred.
  • Valid state driver's license.
  • Lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
