Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
Health Systems Management, Inc. (HSM) is a comprehensive healthcare management organization that has been delivering a wide array of development, management, and administrative services for dialysis facilities for over 35 years across various states. HSM is renowned in the renal community for its commitment to providing exceptional patient care while promoting physician collaboration and maintaining effective business operations. We are currently in search of compassionate, dedicated, and highly motivated Licensed Practical Nurses to become part of our dialysis team.
Key Responsibilities and Physical Requirements:
- Administers prescribed medical and dialysis treatments to unit clients.
- Delivers highly professional and technical nursing care to dialysis patients.
- Provides both direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process.
- Serves as Team Lead when necessary for work assignments.
- Collaborates with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to uphold the highest standards of care tailored to the patient's age and developmental status.
- Ensures a secure and safe patient environment by adhering to safety policies, procedures, and standards of care.
- This role necessitates frequent and extended periods of standing and bending.
Educational Qualifications and Position Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Current LPN licensure valid in the state of practice.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule and assist when required.
- Excellent bedside manner and communication abilities.
- Candidate must successfully pass the Ishihara's Color Blind Test.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. Sponsorship for employment visas is not available at this time.
