Position Overview

Salary: Competitive

Owen Health Care is seeking a dedicated Supervisor of Clinical Services to support the Director of Clinical Services in overseeing the clinical team, including clinical staff, interns, and Support Coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all clinical initiatives, including Behavioral Health and both group and individual counseling services.
  • Provide direct weekly supervision to clinical personnel (LSW, LAC, CADC, interns, Support Coordinators, etc.).
  • Conduct regular audits of client charts to ensure compliance with State, Local, and Federal regulations.
  • Implement and communicate policies and procedures that enhance service delivery and performance improvement.
  • Maintain a minimal caseload while performing Biopsychosocial assessments, developing treatment plans, and documenting in EHR systems.
  • Facilitate team meetings to assess service needs and create Individual Support Plans (ISP), ensuring accurate data entry into electronic health records.
  • Supervise Support Coordination cases to guarantee timely submission of new plans and consistent review of renewal plans.
  • Engage in the review of ISP plans and lead educational workshops and meetings related to the Support Coordination program.

Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a relevant field from an accredited institution.
  • Current New Jersey LCSW license.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and EHR systems.
  • Strong communication and leadership abilities.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
