  • Personable and outgoing characteristics - Proficient with high-volume guest interaction.
  • 3-4 years full-service restaurant experience in front of house position.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Previous experience with Restaurant Point of Sale (POS) and Reservation Systems.
  • The ability to stay calm and positive under pressure.
  • Must be able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
