Financial Planning Career Path

Explore a career as a Financial Planner with Prudential Advisors. As a Financial Professional Associate, you will have the opportunity to study towards obtaining required FINRA and resident state licenses during the Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate phase. Upon successful completion, you will transition to a part-time CDP Contract Associate role, followed by a full-time Financial Professional Associate (FPA) position.

Responsibilities

Compensation Structure

Pre-Contract CDP Affiliate Phase: Company covers costs of fees and exam study materials from approved vendors

CDP Contract Associate Phase (Part-Time): Initial compensation: $15/hour (or applicable minimum wage if higher)

Full-Time Financial Professional Associate (FPA): Paid solely on a commission and bonus basis Average compensation ranging from $50,000 - $75,000 in commissions and bonuses in the first full year
