About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Dishwasher to join our team at Bob Evans Restaurants. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will play a vital role in ensuring the cleanliness and organization of our dining area.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain a clean and organized dish tank area, ensuring that all dishes are washed, dried, and stored properly.
  • Follow strict food safety guidelines to prevent cross-contamination and maintain a clean and healthy environment.
  • Remove cardboard and grease, and maintain the cleanliness of the parking lot and surrounding property.
  • Assist with maintaining the overall cleanliness and organization of the restaurant, including the foyer, front porch, and sidewalk.
  • Empty trash from designated areas throughout the shift.
  • Collaborate with other staff members to ensure exceptional guest satisfaction in terms of dining room cleanliness.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Dependability and exceptional teamwork skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of pace and intensity.
  • Strong knowledge of commonly used concepts, practices, and procedures in a restaurant.
  • General knowledge of commercial dishwashing is preferred but not required.
