Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of signage installations and removals.
  • Work closely with the lead to design and build signage and facades that meet our creative vision.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our high standards of quality and safety.
  • Pack and palletize assets for assigned activations, ensuring compliance with our company standards.
  • Participate in pre-shift and post-shift meetings to discuss work goals and accomplishments.
  • Utilize your knowledge of assigned activations to actively contribute to tasks and projects.
Requirements
  • Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, such as standing and/or walking for extended periods.
  • Capacity to lift objects up to 50 lbs. (Reasonable accommodations may be made to support individuals with disabilities.)
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to escalate issues as needed.
  • Ability to work safely and efficiently during set-up and load-out, including the loading and unloading of event trucks.
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, with a focus on collaboration and effective communication.
  • Flexibility to work all shifts as assigned, with a strong commitment to punctuality.
Compensation and Benefits

Starting hourly rate: $18. Higher rates may be offered for experienced candidates. Signage crew members work approximately 40 hours per week during install and strike periods, with weekly payments.
